Abstract/

In the present era, there is an urgent need to make all industrial products sustainable for reduce environmental impact in the Production and consumption. Sustainable manufacturing is becoming crucial for businesses more than ever before. In this context, The key determinants of sustainable Product Design and manufacturing (SPDM) has been examined in the form of Environmental, Economical and Social factors in the Indian manufacturing organisations which provides the basis of SPDM for Indian manufacturing firms. This paper identified the various types of key determinants of Sustainable Product Design and Manufacturing (SPDM) by the survey methodology. A survey is conducted to confirm the key determinants in Indian manufacturing organisations. From this study it is proposed that the more emphasis should be given on Product

life cycle, 6R (reuse, recover, recycle, redesign, reduce and remanufacture) and Housing and service infrastructure for this the new tools and techniques will be develop for creating a sustainable product. In this regards, it is suggested that proposed key Determinants play a vital role in product design and manufacturing and gives the better approach for sustainability.

چکیده:

در عصر حاضر، نیاز ضروری و فوری به تولید محصولات پایدار احساس می گردد. تا تاثیرات محیطی در تولید و مصرف کاهش یابد. تولید پایدار برای کسب و کارها بیش از پیش مهم گردیده است. در این مقاله مهم ترین عوامل کلیدی در طراحی محصول و تولید پایدار SPDM  با در نظر گرفتن عوامل محیطی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی در سازمان های تولیدی هند که پایه و اساس تولیدات خود را بر اساس تولیدات SPDM قرار داده اند، بررسی می گردد. این مقاله گونه های مختلف، عوامل تعیین کننده را در تولید SPDM با استفاده از متدولوژی نظرسنجی مورد بررسی قرار داده است. نظرسنجی جهت تایید عوامل کلیدی در سازمان های تولیدی کشور هند به اجرا رسیده است. نتیجه حاصله از این مطالعه این است که تاکید بیشتری بایستی بر روی چرخه حیات محصول (شش آر: استفاده مجدد، بهبود مجدد، بازیافت مجدد، کاهش و تولید مجدد) ، نگهداری و زیرساخت خدمات صورت پذیرد و برای این منظور ابزارها و تکنیک های جدید باید توسعه یابد تا محصول پایدار ایجاد گردد. در این زمینه مشخص می گردد که عوامل کلیدی ارائه شده نقش اساسی را در طراحی و تولید محصول ایفا می کنند و رویکرد بهتری را برای پایداری آن در اختیار قرار می دهند.
