  چکیده:

عرصه کنونی کسب و کار ، تصویری جدید از سازمان ارائه می کند با این نگرش جدید ، سازمان مجموعه ای از فرایندهایی است که هدف آنها ایجاد ارزش برای مشتری است و مستلزم ایجاد ارزش برای مشتری ، آفرینش ارزش در خود سازمان است . برنامه سازمانی که می خواهد رویکرد فوق را دنبال کند در وهله اول ورود به حوزه سیگما هاست و در مرحله بعد طی مراحل بهبود تا رسیدن به سطح شش سیگما( six sigma) یعنی 3.4 خطا در یک میلیون فرصت می باشد . مفهوم بنیادی تفکر ناب ، در ریشه کن کردن اتلاف و آفرینش ارزش در سازمان نهفته است . تفکر ناب نگرشی است ، برای افزایش بهره وری و ارزش آفرینی مستمر و حداقل کردن هزینه ها و اتلافات ، به این ترتیب می توان دروازه ورود به سرزمین سیگما ها را ، رفع عیوب ، اتلافات و خطاهای مشهود از طریق روشهای سریع ، نظیر مفاهیم و تکنیک های تفکر ناب( lean thinking ) دانست . چرا که برای افزایش نرخ سیگما نیاز است افزایش نمایی در کاهش عیوب و اتلافات بوجود آید .
با گذار از سیگماهای پایین تر به سیگمای بالاتر کانون توجه طرح های بهبود سازمان بر فرایند ها منعطف می گردد . متدولوژی شش سیگما این امکان را به سازمانها می دهد که با بهره گیری از این متدولوژی ، خطای فرایندها را به حداقل رساند از طرفی تئوری محدودیتها( TOC ) معتقد است که هر سیستم ( متشکل از یک یا چند فرایند ) دست کم دارای یک محدودیت است و وجود محدودیتها نشان دهنده پتانسیل برای رشد و انجام تغییرات نتیجه بخش می باشد . تمرکز اصلی تئوری محدودیتها از طرفی بر افزایش بهره وری ازطریق مدیریت محدودیتها و از طرف دیگر افزایش کمی و کیفی خروجی فرایند هاست . پیاده سازی ، بکار گیری و بهره مندی توامان نظام تفکر ناب ، متدولوژی شش سیگما و مدل تئوری محدودیت ها ، بعنوان طرح های های بهبود ( improvement programs ) می تواند برنامه راهبردی اغلب سازمان ها و بنگاههای اقتصادی جهت نیل به هدف بنیادین خود یعنی ایجاد ارزش برای مشتری باشد .

مقدمه

اغلب سازمان ها بمنظور افزایش بهره وری و نهایتا دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی جهت ماندگاری پایدار در عرصه تجارت جهانی ، بخش وسیعی از تمرکز و توجه خود را به رفع مسائل ، مشکلات و نقاط ضعف موجود در سیستم ها و فرایندهای خود می نمایند . که رویکردی است منطقی ، ابزارهای حل مسئله سازمان ها را در این راه یاری می نمایند . تنوع ابعاد و ماهیت مسائل و موانعی که سازمان با انها روبروست ، ایجاب می کند که مدیران سازمانها از ابزارهای مختلفی جهت رفع موانع موجود استفاده نمایند . ابزارهایی که هرچند بکارگیری هر کدام از آنها در نهایت موجب بهبود در سازمان و فرایندهای ان خواهند شد اما رویکرد و کانون توجه شان متفاوت است . سازمانها بایستی درک درستی از مسائل و مشکلات خود داشته باشند همچنین از ماهیت و شیوه عملکرد ابزارهای حل مسئله نیز اطلاع داشته باشند . تا با انتخاب و بکارگیری صحیح این ابزارها ، بتوانند به طور اثر بخشی به رفع مشکلات و ایجاد بهبود مستمر در سازمان اقدام ورزند . در این بین سه ابزار حل مسئله ، شش سیگما ( six sigma) ، تفکر ناب(lean thinking ) و تئوری محدودیتهاTOC موضوع مورد نظر مقاله حاضر می باشد . مادر این گفتار قصد داریم ضمن مقایسه توصیفی بین این سه ابزار و بیان وجه تشابه ،کانون توجه و شیوه عملکرد انها به جایگاه و تعامل این مفاهیم نسبت به یکدیگر نیز بپردازیم .
